1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the Yeonhee bot (the “Bot”) and Yeonhee web dashboard (the “Dashboard”) provided by Studio Yeonhong (the “Company”), and users' rights and obligations. Using the Bot or Dashboard constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Effect and amendment of terms

  • These terms apply to all users of the Bots operated by the Company.
  • The Company may amend these terms. Changes will be announced in advance through Discord bot notices or the official website. Users who do not agree to amended terms must stop using the service.
  • These terms apply to Yeonhee separately from the terms for Yeonhong and Yeonha.

3. Provision and changes to services

  • The Company provides music playback, search, queue management, repeat, shuffle, volume, and other playback controls in Discord voice channels through the Bot.
  • The Company also provides these features on the web through the Dashboard.

The Company does not own or supply the music played by the Bot. It is retrieved at the user's request from these external platforms.

SoundCloudSearch and link playback
  • Playback of specific tracks or sources may be restricted by platform policy changes, maintenance, regional restrictions, or rights-holder requests, which are outside the Company's control.
  • The Company may change or discontinue Bot features or services as needed and is not liable for resulting losses to users.

4. User obligations

  • Users must comply with Discord's terms of service and applicable laws.
  • Users must also comply with the terms of each platform from which the Bot retrieves music.
  • Users must not misuse the Bots to harm others or for improper purposes.
  • Commercial use of the Bot is prohibited. The Company may restrict or suspend service if commercial use is identified.
  • Users must not make bulk requests with automation tools, bypass usage limits, or otherwise interfere with normal service operation.
  • The Company may restrict or suspend service without prior notice if a user violates these terms or engages in illegal activity.

5. Music copyrights and usage restrictions

Copyright and related rights in music played through the Bot belong to their respective rights holders. The Company neither owns nor sells the music; it only relays playback at the user's request.

Users must therefore not engage in the following activities.

  • Record or save music played by the Bot for separate storage or distribution
  • Use music played by the Bot in content productions or for commercial purposes
  • Rework and publish music without permission from the rights holder
  • If Bot playback is included in a stream or recording, the user is responsible for obtaining the necessary music rights.
  • The Company may block specific tracks or sources without prior notice at the request of a rights holder or platform.

Confirmed violations of these provisions may result in restriction or suspension without prior notice.

6. Dashboard use

  • Sign in with a Discord account to use the Dashboard.
  • Dashboard controls are limited to servers shared by the signed-in account and the Bot.
  • Server administrators may set rules for Bot use in their server, which users must follow.
  • Users are responsible for their Discord account security. The Company is not liable for consequences of account theft.

7. Paid memberships and recurring billing

  • Yeonhee's basic features are free.
  • Yeonhee Premium is a recurring 30-day subscription for one server, priced at KRW 5,900 per cycle. Payment is taken at enrollment and automatically every 30 days using the registered method. The actual amount and cycle are displayed before payment.
  • Premium supports up to five simultaneous bots, including the main bot, and dedicated premium music servers (Lavalink). Companion bots must be invited to the server, have voice-channel permissions, and connect to the dedicated music server.
  • Membership covers playback controls and server features. It does not sell music ownership, copyright, or commercial usage permission.
  • Purchasing is currently available only to director accounts designated by the Company. Public availability will be announced separately.
  • Payments are processed at pay.yeonhong.studio; you can subscribe under Membership in the Yeonhee dashboard. Your server and access period appear in payment history. Membership does not convert to or combine with Yeonhong or Yeonha memberships.
  • You may cancel at any time through the Yeonhee dashboard → Membership → Status, using the same method as enrollment. Cancellation will not be made more complicated than signing up.
  • Stopping the next payment preserves the paid period until expiry. Full and remaining-period refunds are governed by the Yeonhee Refund Policy.
  • Payment history and subscription screens display the amount, payment date, method, and next billing date. If payment fails, check your payment method according to the displayed status and guidance.
  • Changes to pricing or paid features will be announced in advance and any necessary consent obtained. Amounts for already-paid cycles will not be changed retroactively.
  • If service is not provided or differs from the contract, the matter will be handled under applicable laws and the Refund Policy.

8. Privacy protection

  • The Company protects information collected during Bot use in accordance with applicable laws.
  • The Company does not use personal information for purposes other than Bot operation or disclose it to third parties without consent. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the Bots.
  • The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, Discord outages, or music platform policy changes or outages.

10. Interpretation

Matters not addressed in these terms and interpretation of these terms are governed by applicable laws and commercial practices.

11. Dispute resolution

  • The parties will consult each other to resolve disputes relating to these terms amicably.
  • If consultation does not resolve the dispute, it will be resolved by the competent court under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

12. Effective date

These terms take effect on September 11, 2026. Previous effective date: July 1, 2026.
