Refund Policy

Canceling recurring billing is different from a refund

You may cancel recurring billing at any time through Dashboard → Membership (멤버십) → Status (현황), using the same method as enrollment.

You can choose one of two cancellation options.

• Stop the next payment — No further renewal charges apply. The paid period remains available until expiry, with no refund.
• Cancel immediately with a remaining-period refund — Access ends on the request date and the amount calculated under Remaining-period refunds below is returned.

To cancel the payment itself and receive a full refund, submit a separate refund request under the conditions below.

Refund conditions

A refund is available only when both conditions below are met.

• Apply within seven days of membership payment
• Have no usage history for the paid membership
• Usage history means any use of a membership-only feature, such as generating a Custom Voice, even once.

A full refund is generally unavailable if there is usage history or more than seven days have passed. Recurring subscribers may still receive a refund for the unused portion under Remaining-period refunds below.

If eligible, the full payment is reversed through the original payment method.

You can request a full refund meeting both conditions directly under Membership in the dashboard. For other refunds, contact support so we can verify the amount.

Remaining-period refunds

If you cancel a recurring subscription, we refund the unused portion.

Memberships include both time and a Custom Voice allowance. We calculate each remaining proportion and use the smaller one to determine the refund.

• Remaining time ratio = (total days in the cycle − days used) ÷ total days in the cycle
• Remaining allowance ratio = remaining Custom Voice allowance ÷ allowance provided for the cycle
• Refund = amount actually paid for the cycle × the smaller ratio (rounded down to whole KRW)
• Example: for a KRW 10,000, 30-day membership used for 10 days with 80% of the Custom Voice allowance consumed, 67% of time remains but only 20% of allowance remains, so the refund uses 20%.
• Days used run from the start of the cycle through the cancellation request date, including that date, based on Korea Standard Time.
• If the allowance provided for the cycle cannot be verified, only the remaining time ratio is used.
• Periods granted without payment, such as codes, events, or administrator grants, are not refundable.

Cancellation penalties are as follows.

• Requests within seven days of the cycle's payment receive the entire amount calculated above, with no penalty.
• For requests after seven days, a 10% penalty is deducted from the amount calculated above.
• If the request is within seven days of the cycle's payment and no membership-only features have been used, the full payment is refunded.

The Company processes refunds through the original payment method within three business days of receiving a cancellation request. Card issuer processing may take additional days to appear in your account.

Some older payments lack the records needed for this calculation. Support will review and process those individually.

Settlement when changing plans

You may upgrade during your membership.

• When upgrading, the remaining value of your current plan, calculated as in Remaining-period refunds, is deducted from the new plan's price rather than refunded. You pay only the difference, with no penalty.
• The new plan's cycle begins immediately when you upgrade, and the next billing date is recalculated from that date.
• Before the change, the Company displays the deduction, actual charge, and new billing date and obtains your consent.
• Downgrades are not supported. You may cancel and start your preferred plan after the period ends, or cancel immediately with a remaining-period refund.

Voice credits

Voice credits are a separate purchase of Custom Voice usage time and follow different rules from memberships.

Credits can only be used to create and play Custom Voices within Yeonhong. They cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods, used at other services or merchants, or transferred or sold to other users.

• Credits are valid for six months from purchase.
• Usage consumes the membership allowance first, then purchased credits.
• The membership allowance does not carry over and disappears when membership ends. Purchased credits remain until their expiry date regardless of membership status.
• Credits can only be used with a membership that supports Custom Voice.
• Features that consume credits and their consumption rates may vary.
• Expired credits disappear automatically and are not refundable.
• Credits are fully refundable only within seven days of payment and if none of those credits have been used. Partial refunds of remaining credits are not offered.

How to request a refund

You can cancel directly through Dashboard → Membership (멤버십) → Status (현황).

You can also request a full refund directly in the dashboard within seven days of payment if there is no usage history. Eligible requests are processed immediately.

Other refunds, including remaining-period refunds, must go through support so we can confirm the amount.

We can help through the ticket desk on the official Studio Yeonhong server or by email (studio.yeonhong@gmail.com).

• When requesting a refund through the ticket desk, use the following format.
• Discord email: enter the email address of the Discord account signed in at the time of payment
• Eligibility is determined using the refund request date and usage history up to the request.
• The purchased membership code becomes unusable as soon as the refund is completed.

When refunds are unavailable

Refunds are unavailable in the following cases.

• The paid membership has usage history. This prevents a full refund; remaining-period refunds still apply to recurring subscriptions.
• More than seven days have passed since membership payment. The same distinction applies.
• Evidence shows deliberate messaging generated overwhelmingly more traffic than the average of other servers.
• Service is permanently suspended or restricted for violations of the Company's terms or illegal acts, such as server attacks or unauthorized use or abuse of another person's voice.
• Membership was obtained free through an event or promotion rather than a paid purchase.

Application of this policy

This Refund Policy applies from September 7, 2026.

Even for payments made before this policy took effect, cancellation requests on or after its effective date are refunded under this policy.
